About us

Side Taxi Transfer is a project of Hana Travel. Behind it stands Hana Grup Turizm İşletmeciliği Nak. ve Tic. Ltd Şti., a travel agency based in Antalya that has been working since 2008 and operates its own vehicles with its own drivers. This website deals with one stretch of coast only — the stops from Gündoğdu to Kızılot around Side — so that everything on it can be specific to that journey.

A licensed company, not a broker

When you book here, the contract is with a registered company, not with an individual driver or a booking platform. Hana Grup Turizm is a registered travel agency: its TÜRSAB licence number is A-4899. The Turkish Ministry of Transport has issued us the D2 passenger transport permit no. 07.1390. The company is a member of the Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ATSO, 53151) and of ENAT, the European Network for Accessible Tourism (4182).

Our own cars and drivers

The vehicles you see on this site belong to the company: saloon cars, Mercedes Vito and Vito VIP minivans, Mercedes Sprinter minibuses with 13 and 16 seats, a 25-seat midibus and a 45-seat coach. Each one is licensed for carrying passengers, insured, air-conditioned and non-smoking. They are kept at our garage on Lara Caddesi in Aksu, east of Antalya city. The drivers are employees of Hana Travel, not subcontractors picked up for the day.

How we work

Every transfer is private: nobody outside your own party travels with you. The price is for the vehicle, agreed in writing before the trip, and is normally paid after arrival — we do not take card details or deposits online. The office follows each flight and adjusts the pickup to the real landing time. Flights land in Antalya at every hour, so our cars and our office are on duty day and night, all year.

Our office handles enquiries in Turkish, English, German, Russian, Dutch and French. A member of staff reads every message and answers it personally.
