Terms of carriage
These terms apply to transfers booked through sidetaxitransfer.com, by phone, by e-mail or by WhatsApp. The service is provided by Hana Grup Turizm İşletmeciliği Nak. ve Tic. Ltd Şti. (Hana Travel), TÜRSAB licence A-4899.
Booking and confirmation
To book, send us the flight number, the date and time of landing, the address of your accommodation and the number of passengers, children included. We reply with a price and, once you accept it, confirm the booking in writing. In the confirmation you will find the pickup date and time, the flight, the destination, how many people are travelling, which class of vehicle is booked, extras and their prices, the total and the cancellation terms. Please check it as soon as it arrives; a booking is binding for both sides only once it has been confirmed in writing.
Price
The price is for the vehicle, not per passenger, and is agreed in writing before the trip. It includes airport parking, road fees and waiting caused by a delayed or early flight. A night arrival costs the same as a daytime one. The price changes only if the booking changes — for example more passengers, more luggage that requires a larger vehicle or child seats.
Payment
There is no online prepayment and we do not ask for card details in advance. Payment is usually made in cash to the driver after you arrive at your accommodation. Another way of paying can be arranged, provided we agree on it before the trip.
Meeting point and waiting
The driver waits in the arrivals hall of Antalya Airport at Welcome desk No:36 Hana Travel with a board showing your name. We follow the flight number and adjust the pickup to the actual landing time. Should you miss each other, the phone number in your confirmation puts you through to the office.
Changes and cancellations
Changes — another flight, a new landing time, extra passengers or a different hotel — should be sent to us in writing, through the channel you used to book, as early as possible. A change is in effect only once we have confirmed it in writing. Cancellations are handled according to the terms stated in your confirmation.
Children and child seats
On request we supply a seat suited to each child’s age, from infant carrier to booster. Each seat is charged extra and added to the agreed price. Please give us the children’s ages when booking so that the right seats are fitted.
Luggage
The vehicle is chosen for the number of passengers and the luggage you declare. Pushchairs, golf bags, bicycles, diving equipment, wheelchairs and other bulky items must be mentioned when booking. We can only guarantee space for the luggage that was declared.
Side old town
The old town of Side is a pedestrian area. Vehicles stop at its edge, and the driver helps you with your luggage on the last stretch. Return pickups for guests staying inside the old town take place at a meeting point agreed in advance.
On board
Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. Passengers are asked to wear seat belts. Each transfer is private and carries only the passengers named in the booking.
Liability
Every vehicle we use holds a passenger transport licence and insurance. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as accidents, road closures or severe weather; in such cases we do everything reasonable to bring you to your destination. Please keep valuables and travel documents with you.
