Privacy policy
This notice explains which personal data is processed when you use sidetaxitransfer.com and when you contact us about a transfer.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Hana Grup Turizm İşletmeciliği Nak. ve Tic. Ltd Şti. (Hana Travel), whose office and garage are on Lara Caddesi in Aksu, Antalya. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].
Data you give us
Contact form. When you send the form, we receive your name, e-mail address, phone number if you give one, the stop you select, your message, the language of the page and the address of the page you sent it from. The request is stored in our database so that it cannot be lost, and a copy may be sent to our office mailbox by e-mail.
E-mail, phone and WhatsApp. If you write or call, we process the details you share — typically your name, contact details, flight number, arrival time, accommodation, the number of travellers and the ages of children who need a seat. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with a short pre-written greeting; messages sent there are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms.
Booking. Where online booking is offered, the booking box passes your search to our booking pages, where the details needed for the reservation are collected and used for that reservation only.
We use this information to answer your request, to prepare and carry out the transfer and to meet our legal obligations, for example for accounting. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it on for advertising. It is shared only with those who need it to carry out your trip, such as the driver assigned to you.
Data collected automatically
To deliver a page, your browser sends technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. The site uses technically necessary cookies, for instance to remember the language you selected.
The site can be connected to visitor statistics services (Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica). These are loaded only when they have been switched on for the site. When active, they set their own cookies and record pseudonymised usage data — which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from, which device they use — so that we can see how the site is used. You can block or delete such cookies in your browser settings at any time.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry and booking data for as long as it is needed to answer the request and carry out the transfer, and beyond that only as long as the law requires, for example under tax and commercial record-keeping rules.
Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may ask whether we process data about you, obtain a copy, have incorrect data corrected, have data deleted when there is no longer a reason to keep it, and object to or restrict certain processing. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority — in Türkiye the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK), or the authority in your own country of residence.
