A Mercedes Tourismo coach for 45 passengers

The largest vehicle in our fleet is a Mercedes-Benz Tourismo coach with up to 45 passenger seats and space for up to 45 suitcases in its luggage hold. It is air-conditioned and carries bottled water.

Who books the coach

Tour groups, conference and incentive guests, large weddings, sports clubs travelling with their supporters — any party that wants to arrive at a hotel on the Side coast together. One coach replaces a convoy of minibuses, and the group stays in one place from the airport kerb to the hotel lobby.

Coordinating arrivals

Large groups rarely land at exactly the same moment. Send us every flight number in the group, and the office will follow them all and suggest a pickup time that keeps the waiting reasonable for everyone. The driver meets the group at Welcome desk No:36 Hana Travel in the arrivals hall, with the group’s name on a board.

On the road and at the hotel

The coach travels east on the D400 to Manavgat district, about an hour to most resorts between Gündoğdu and Titreyengöl. Big resort hotels are used to coaches arriving at their entrance. Side old town is a pedestrian area, and for groups staying there we agree a drop-off point at its edge beforehand.

Luggage, children and booking

List any bulky items — sports equipment, instruments, wheelchairs — with the booking. Child seats for any age can be supplied; they are charged extra and shown separately in the quote. The price is for the whole coach, confirmed in writing before the trip, and payment is arranged with the office in advance or made after arrival.
